We hope you love your Costa piece, but if for any reason it is not right for you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, items must be:

● Unused, unworn, and in their original condition

● With all tags attached

● Returned in the original packaging, including the dust bag and care tools

How to Initiate a Return

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damagedor incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
