How should I care for my Costa Knit Atelier pieces?
Our knitwear is crafted from premium cashmere and extra-fine merino wool. We recommend hand-washing in cold water with a gentle wool detergent, reshaping while damp, and laying flat to dry.
Each order includes a dust bag and a care brush to help maintain the natural fibres. For detailed instructions, please refer to the care label on your garment.
Do natural fibres pill?
Yes. Pilling is a normal characteristic of high-quality natural fibres and should not be mistaken for a defect. It occurs as the fibres adjust to friction and wear. Your Costa brush will help remove any pilling and keep your piece looking new.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes. Through The Atelier, we accept custom projects. Email us with your idea, and we will guide you through design direction, fibre selection, colour palette, and intended use of the piece.
Where are your products made?
Our knitwear is produced in Spain using local manufacturing partners with generations of craftsmanship expertise. Our fibres come from premium Italian spinners known for exceptional quality and responsible practices.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes:

● International: 7–14 business days
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. To switch to another item, please process a return and place a new order.
Are the colours in the photos accurate?
We strive to photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings and natural lighting.
